I am delighted to speak on this afternoon’s panel on the US- China Relationship, together with Susan Shirk, moderated by Andrew Tilton and organized by Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong.
I have been following this Substack column for several weeks now. It is not worthy of being called a column to be honest. The author rarely posts. When he does it is either very short with very little substance or it is a link to some other article that has been written. Really not very useful. I am signing off.
If you think there aren't many posts, what is the cost of staying on?
After you give a feedback, wouldn't you want to wait for the columnist's reply? Perhaps you, and others, may change his posting patterns to your liking? Isn't that what you want?
Complain & immediately quit doesn't seem to make sense.
I'm trying out this column because I had the chance to virtually see the mentioned 45 minute discussion. I thought Mr. Wang made some insightful points, as opposed to Ms. Shirk who was a bit confined to only to her new book's thesis. It would have been very good if Mr. Wang could post a video of the discussion here. But I guess that may be difficult to arrange.
